Exhibition Guidelines

  • Please ensure your image is at least 1MB in size or at least 1200 pixels wide.

  • Your image must be below 5MB and below 5000 x 5000 pixels. 

  • Please upload your image in JPG format. 

  • You may upload a drawing that you have completed with the help of one of my tutorials. As usual, please remember to credit me and the photographer.

  • Please make sure you include any necessary credits to photographers.

  • Drawings created from other teachers’ tutorials will not be displayed in this exhibition. Please avoid uploading these.  

  • Please retitle your photos and ensure that they contain your full name. For example, Bonny Snowdon – Drawing

  • Make sure the photo of your drawing is clear and doesn’t show any reflections or shadows. Remove any objects from the photo (like magnets or tape) and make sure your drawing appears flat in the photo. 

  • Please only share one photo and don’t upload your photo more than once.

  • If your piece is for sale, please share the link to your checkout page for the drawing in the “Link” section and make sure you include the relevant currency under “Price”. 

  • You will be asked to upload your images to my Dropbox folder. You can do this using a desktop or a mobile phone, and you will not need to create a Dropbox account to do this.

  • Please only submit your details in the form once and make sure you have double-checked all your information before submitting it.

  • The deadline for uploading your photos and sharing your information is midnight (UK time) on 9th September 2024. If you miss this deadline, you will unfortunately lose your place in the exhibition.
