💰 Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience

⏰ Role Type: Full-time, employed, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities ✅

  • Strategic Campaign Management: Lead and manage end-to-end revenue growth campaigns for our company.

  • KPI driven initiatives - Use KPI data to create impactful data-driven decisions to drive growth initiatives.

  • Innovative Planning: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to each project, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Team Recruitment - identify gaps and skills required to drive business success and support with recruitment of key team players.

  • System Development: Create and refine online systems and project management tools to enhance productivity and choose scalable technology & systems.

  • Analysing social media performance and using insights to refine and optimise content and strategies.

  • Performance Optimisation: Continuously analyse and optimise campaign performance using key metrics, ensuring high conversion rates and strong ROI.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve bottlenecks during campaigns, implementing creative solutions to ensure smooth execution.

  • Resource Management: Ensure all team members and resources are properly aligned and equipped to meet deadlines and objectives.

  • Post-Campaign Analysis: Conduct thorough debriefs and analyses post-campaign to gather insights and improve future initiatives.

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Enhancing user experience, personalising content, and optimising calls to action to improve conversion rates.

  • Advanced Audience Segmentation: Behavioural targeting and predictive analytics to segment audiences based on their interactions and potential future actions.

  • Influencer and Partnership Marketing: Collaborating with micro-influencers and developing strategic partnerships with complementary brands.

  • Data-Driven Personalisation: Using dynamic content and customer data platforms (CDPs) for accurate personalisation.

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Implementing retention strategies and win-back campaigns to re-engage lapsed customers.

  • Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Implementing multi-touch attribution models and real-time analytics for data-driven decision-making.

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Using heat mapping, user testing, and exit-intent popups to identify and address pain points.

  • Social Listening: Monitoring brand mentions and industry trends for proactive engagement and content creation.
