Innovative Planning: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to each project, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Team Recruitment - identify gaps and skills required to drive business success and support with recruitment of key team players.

System Development: Create and refine online systems and project management tools to enhance productivity and choose scalable technology & systems.

Analysing social media performance and using insights to refine and optimise content and strategies.

Performance Optimisation: Continuously analyse and optimise campaign performance using key metrics, ensuring high conversion rates and strong ROI.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve bottlenecks during campaigns, implementing creative solutions to ensure smooth execution.

Resource Management: Ensure all team members and resources are properly aligned and equipped to meet deadlines and objectives.

Post-Campaign Analysis: Conduct thorough debriefs and analyses post-campaign to gather insights and improve future initiatives.
