Meet my amazing team 

Lucinda has been with me since the beginning of 2022 and knows my business inside out. She manages the support@bonnysnowdonacademy.com email. She is also amazing at helping people with tech issues like logging in and joining zoom calls.

Lucinda- Customer Support Manager

Maisy joined me as Community Manager for Ignite and has learned how the business runs, and is now stepping into a more strategic position in 2026, although she is still very much in the community, ensuring everything we do is for the benefit of our members.

Vicki has been helping me out for years and is well known and loved in the facebook communities. She’s the one helping you in the comments, and she ensures the groups stay safe and follow our rules.

You might not see him directly in the group, but Niall helps me behind the scenes with admin and content creation! He works on a lot of the content for the Ignite hub, making sure you have your videos when you expect them.

 Tanzeela- Executive Assistant and Tech Wiz

Tanzeela keeps me in order and organised all the time. She's an absolute wiz when it comes to tech, and with a business like mine there is a huge amount of tech to take care of so she’s always busy.

 Niall- Office and Community Assistant

Chloe is the content wiz! She manages my website and ignite site, she creates all of the visuals that you see and a lot of the emails, podcasts and videos.
