The Yorkshire Rescue is an animal rescue charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming dogs and cats in need.
They specialise in helping animals that have been neglected, abandoned, or have complex medical or behavioural needs, giving them the care, support, and second chance they deserve.

IDAS is a specialist charity based in York, supporting anyone affected by domestic abuse or sexual violence.
I wish charities like this didn't have to exist, but having experienced mental abuse myself, I know just how important their work is. I'm incredibly proud that, together as an Academy, we're able to support the life-changing difference they make.

Giving back has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years, I've supported a number of charities close to my heart. As the Academy has grown, I knew I wanted us to do something even more meaningful together.
I wanted to support charities whose values reflect everything we believe in here at Bonny Snowdon Academy: kindness, compassion, community, and helping people (and animals) through difficult times.
I'm so proud that, together, we're able to support organisations doing such important work.
None of this happens without you
Everything we're able to give to these charities, we give because of you. It's the members who make the Academy what it is, and it's the Academy that lets us turn a shared love of drawing into something that reaches far beyond our own sketchbooks.
That's what I find myself most proud of. We come together to learn, to have a go, to fall back in love with our coloured pencils, and somewhere along the way we end up helping people and animals who are going through the hardest of times. I never take that for granted, and I never will.
